What we collect
- Contact form messages: your name, business name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
- Orders: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and the plan and extras you choose.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, but never your full card number.
- Emails and calls: anything you send us while we are working together.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Who we share it with
We only share personal information with providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect it:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Formspree, to deliver website form messages to our inbox (if enabled).
- Our website host and email provider, to run this site and our email.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Our accountant and, where required, HMRC or other authorities.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to an order: up to 12 months.
- Customer and order records: for the length of our relationship plus 6 years, to meet tax and legal requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@altusvia.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
When you continue to payment, you move to Stripe's secure checkout page, which uses cookies that are strictly necessary for processing payments and preventing fraud. These are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects existing customers, we will also tell them by email.
